And What a Lion it Has Been!

What a winter - I have lost track of the snow days this year. But all the more reason to wish in the lambs. I just finished a mystery set in Scotland that talked about the lambing storm - that one that sneaks in after spring has sprung, just in time for lambing.

So maybe a sale is in order? Yes, it's time for our In like a Lion - Out with a Lamb. Yarn that is made of over half wool (including alpaca, rabbit, etc, but not including silkworms) in the month of March is BUY 3, GET 1 HALF OFF ! Are you thinking about the Poems or the Alpaca yarns? Socks perhaps? Even weaving wools and spinning fibers are 15% off during March.

We are also putting our new class brochure out. Beaded knitting, socks, beginning weaving, and as always, spinning and a bunch of cool projects (that have been making me drool!) from the magazines. Come see my cabled Fair Isle hat! From none other than the third generation of Zimmerman/Swansons.

Spinners, as always, are welcome every first and third Sunday afternoon. Beginners who need a little help can still get 2 hour-long tutorials for $10.

Welcome Rhoda Geduld - Liz is off back to work and Rhoda was my very first customer, almost six years ago. She is a weaver and can knit and crochet. For awhile, if you have persnickitty knitty problems, drop by on the weekends when I am in the shop.

So start poring over your patterns. It looks like there may indeed be a lambing storm up mother natures sleeve. See y'all soon.
